We have been building software since 2016. Design, development and integrations sit with the same senior team, so you do not have to coordinate a design agency, a development house and a freelancer for the integration. We meet at your place, at ours in Copenhagen or online, and we work with businesses across Denmark. Here is what we build, how a project runs and what it costs.

Danish systems need to talk to Danish services. That means MitID login, MobilePay payments, bookkeeping in e-conomic or Dinero, shipping with PostNord or GLS, and digital signing with Penneo. What should you prepare for the first meeting?
You do not need a finished requirements document to get started. What matters most is that we understand the problem before we talk about the solution. The more concretely you can describe your daily work, the more precise the proposal, and the fewer surprises along the way.
- Who will use the system: staff, customers, partners or all three?
- What do you do today: spreadsheets, email, an old system or paper?
- Which systems must it talk to, such as accounting, CRM, payroll or payments?
- What must the system do on day one, and what can wait?
- Who on your side makes decisions, and who tests along the way?
With answers to those five questions we can usually write a proposal that holds. If you lack an overview, we run the first meeting as a workshop where we map the workflows together, ideally at your place, so we can see how the work is actually done.

For LEGO we built the LEGO Service Portal around the employee with usability tests and workshops. With Systematic we did the UX/UI for AULA, the school platform used by half of Denmark. And we built the booking system behind Kirppu, which grew from one store to more than 30 stores on the platform.
