Ceptiv was invited by Mannaz to participate in the development of a new web application project called MyMannaz. The application works as a cross-over tool for coordinators, facilitators and students, so everyone around a programme sees the same plan, in their own way.

The brief
A cross-over tool, not three separate systems.
Around every Mannaz programme there are coordinators planning it, facilitators delivering it and participants going through it. Before MyMannaz, the information between them lived in mails, spreadsheets and phone calls. Mannaz wanted one place where the three meet, and invited us into the project to design it.
Coordinators

Get assignment offers on the phone, accept with one tap, and find sessions, materials and colleagues in one place.

See the programme, the next session, the facilitator and the materials, before, during and after a module.

This is what the cross-over means in practice. Follow one assignment from the coordinator’s desk to the facilitator’s phone and on to the participants.

Mannaz facilitators work in different cities and countries and are seldom in the same place. The community gives them somewhere to ask, share methods and swap materials, right next to their assignments.

Facilitators are rarely at a desk. So we designed MyMannaz mobile first: the offer, the session and the community are all one thumb away, with large tap targets and the most important action always at the top.
What the client says
MyMannaz had to work for three very different groups of people, and Ceptiv understood that from the first workshop. They spent time with our coordinators, facilitators and participants, and turned what they learned into one simple app instead of three separate systems.
