Know what to build before you build it.

We talk to your users, watch them work and test your ideas with them.

Sound familiar?

Decisions based on guesswork get expensive.

01

You are about to invest

A new product, portal or redesign is a big bet. A few weeks of research is cheap insurance.

02

The numbers look wrong

Drop-offs, low adoption or angry support calls tell you something is wrong, but not why. Research finds the why.

03

Everyone has an opinion

When stakeholders disagree, evidence from real users settles the discussion and moves the project forward.

What you get

The right method for the question.

We pick methods based on what you need to learn, how much time you have and who your users are.

01

User interviews

One-to-one conversations that uncover needs, motivations and the language your users actually use.

02

Field studies

We visit users where the work happens, from control rooms to shop floors, and see what interviews miss.

03

Usability testing

Moderated tests of prototypes or live products, with prioritised findings and suggested fixes.

04

Personas & scenarios

Evidence-based personas and user scenarios that keep the whole team aligned on who they design for.

05

Journey & service mapping

The end-to-end experience across channels, people and systems, with the pain points marked.

06

Surveys & analytics

Quantitative data to size problems and check that the qualitative findings hold up at scale.

How we work

From question to decision.

  1. 01

    Days 1–3

    Frame

We agree what you need to decide and turn it into research questions and a plan.

  2. 02

    Week 1

    Recruit

We find the right participants among your customers, employees or a recruited panel.

  3. 03

    Week 2–3

    Research

Interviews, visits or tests, with your team invited to observe. Seeing it live changes minds.

  4. 04

    Week 3–4

    Synthesise

Patterns, priorities and recommendations, presented in a workshop where we plan next steps together.

Questions

Questions we often get.

How many users do we need?
For usability tests, five to eight people per user group finds most problems. For discovery we usually talk to 8–15 people, depending on how varied your users are.
Can you recruit participants for us?
Yes. We recruit from your customer base, your organisation or an external panel, and handle scheduling and incentives.
We already have analytics. Why do we need research?
Analytics tells you what happens. Research tells you why. Together they make good decisions much easier.
Do you do research in Danish?
Yes, we run research in Danish and English.

Replace guesses with evidence.

Tell us what you need to decide. We will suggest the smallest piece of research that gives you a confident answer.
