IT support that answers
before the phone rings.
Mannaz develops leaders and organisations, and its employees, participants and facilitators all need IT that just works. We helped Mannaz design and build an IT support portal where they find short guides and videos for mail, Skype for Business, SharePoint and OneDrive, sorted by who they are.

The brief
The same questions, answered once.
How do I join a meeting from my phone? How do I change my password? The IT team at Mannaz answered the same questions again and again. They wanted one place where people could find the answer themselves, in a structure the team could keep filling with news and guides.
Choose your area first
Participant, facilitator or employee. The portal only shows what is relevant to you.
One menu for everything
Categories, articles and search live in the same fixed menu on the left.
Short guides with video
Every article is a short guide, often with a video that shows it on screen.
From design to running platform
We designed the interface, wrote the rules for menu, dates and grid, and built the platform.
Try the portal
Click around. It works like the real thing.
Start by choosing an area. Open a category in the menu, search for an article or open a guide from the front page. The video in the article about muting everyone plays too.

IT support
A collection of support articles released by Mannaz IT support team.
Choose area
The menu
Three modes in one fixed column.
The menu never moves and never changes width. It switches between categories, the articles in a category and search, so people always know where to look and how to get back.
Parent menu
All categories with the number of articles in each.
Child menu
The articles in one category, newest first. The arrow takes you back.
Search
The search icon turns the header into a field. The bar on the right shows how far down the list you are.
The details
One row, the same rules everywhere.
Every article in the menu is built the same way, and the rules are written down so the platform stays tidy as the IT team adds more.
- Article category
- Article titleMax two lines, the rest is hidden.
- DateDD. MMM, YYYY. The same format everywhere on the platform.
Grid and layout
A custom grid next to a fixed menu.
The menu has a fixed width of 380 px. The content next to it runs on a percentage-based column grid with 30 px margins and 20 px gutters. The top bar and the logo sit in a fixed position, always the same place on the screen.
What the client says
We needed an IT support platform where our employees, participants and facilitators could find the answers on their own, and that is exactly what Ceptiv gave us. They took the time to understand how people actually use our systems and designed a platform that is simple to find your way around and easy for our IT team to keep up to date. Every detail was thought through, from the menu and the search to the date format and the grid, and the step from design to development was completely seamless. Our IT team now spends far less time answering the same questions. I can warmly recommend Ceptiv to anyone looking for a partner who understands both the technology and the people using it.
