A Zenegy integration means your roster, project or HR-near screens feed Zenegy, which runs payroll and often sends finance postings on to the accounting system. Zenegy is chosen by firms that want payroll plus some HR in the same cloud. The job of the integration is to stop the project lead typing hours in both your job system and Zenegy. Typical chain: your system → Zenegy (payroll) → e-conomic or Dinero (books). That is two integrations. Price them as one flow, not as two loose plugs. The choice between Zenegy and DataLøn is a payroll/HR decision — not an API decision.

No. It is two. Price them as one flow so you do not get payroll without books.
Should employees be created in two places?
Pick a master. Often Zenegy owns the employee, and your system matches on a stable id.
What about holiday and absence?
Only if you actually run it in your tool. Otherwise let Zenegy own the calendar and sync hours only.
