When to keep Penneo
If legal already lives in Penneo, we connect it: create the case, wait for the signed PDF, store it on the customer record. No double entry.
When to go native MitID
If the signature is a feature of your product, users should not leave. That is the MitID service page — white-label, eIDAS-aware, fixed price. Read that page if the product is the contract.
